Palo Alto Preparatory has been helping young people to grow academically, socially, and emotionally for over 35 years.

Our enrollment process is simple. It consists of 4 steps to give parents/guardians the opportunity to tour the school and meet our administration and potential students the chance to meet teachers and peers in an immersive “shadow day.”

Step 1. Contact our Dean of Students, Lisa O’Hearn-Keck, via email at  lisa@paloaltoprep.com or phone at (650) 493-7071 ext. 102

Lisa will answer your preliminary questions and schedule you an interview with our Director.

Step 2. Interview with the Director. Parent/s or Guardian/s will get a tour of the school and then meet with our Director to talk about our offerings and your student’s needs. Students usually attend this meeting and we will let you know in advance if we need to meet with just you.

Step 3. Shadow Day. We will schedule a day for your student to come in and spend a half-day attending classes at Palo Alto Preparatory. This gives your student the chance to meet potential teachers and other students and learn what a typical day looks like at Palo Alto Preparatory. Your student will be paired with a current student, whose job it will be to show them around and introduce them to teachers and future friends.

Step 4. Finalize and Submit Application and enrollment documents. A $3,000 deposit is required with the enrollment documents. This deposit is applied    to the cost of tuition.
